        I live here. I've lived here for about 2 years now (since December 2016). The management is great. They're really on top of work orders and maintenance requests. There is secured bicycle parking in the basement and the place has been nicely renovated. Cameras on site are helpful but packages have been stolen a few times. Don't park on the street around here as there is a lot of car theft and window bashings. Nice tenants. Lots of people moving in and out though. Around 22 units in the building total and 5 floors.
