New customer here, I have been trying to reach this office to ask a question instead of going there. DAY 2 NO ANSWER!!! Maybe I should not have switched from Verizon!! NOT GOOD GUYS!!!

I have had major issues with my AT&T app. It wouldnt let me sign in and didnt recognize my phone number or account number. I finally came in to the AT&T store on Balboa and Nordhoff. Ilsy immediately tried to help me. She spent over 20 minutes checking everything herself. Nothing worked. She used her clout and contacted AT&T directly and after another 20 minutes it finally was worked out. Ilsy was so patient and very helpful. She was the only one out of 20 people that figured it out. Praise to her and for her willingness to solve my problems. Thank you ILSY!!! She is the best! I will be coming to Ilsy from now on!!! She is amazing !!!
