You could go crazy trying to become an instant expert on roofing so that you know the right questions to ask roofing firms. There are so many types of roof and so many brands and options for each type. Also, note that a lot of Youtube clips are more pertinent to other parts of the country, or they engage in scare tactics: Your house is gonna burn down! I went with Adco after calling about a half-dozen roofers. Some of the least impressive were among the top-rated on Yelp, so dont believe everything you read online. Do your own homework. That said, Im here to tell you that Ray and Bill at Adco were 100% honest, responsive, and knowledgeable. I have a flat roof, and went with the torch reroof using Poly-Fresko G. I could have gone other routes, say, TPO ( thermoplastic polyolefin), and some other ones Ive mercifully emptied from my head. But I already had this system (albeit poorly installed many years ago). Anyway, the Adco guys first had to remove the old layers using sub-contractors - so make sure they are properly supervised. The subbies left a bit of a mess, but Adco staffers quickly remediated. The reroof itself was a relatively simple process, evidently. And most importantly, the leaks have stopped. I subsequently bugged Ray over some imaginary concerns and paranoias. He was very patient, and said to call him the next time these happen and hell do a u-turn on the freeway and come over to investigate. Which he actually did, and he talked me off the roof, metaphorically speaking. Service: Roof installation

Our condo building in West Hollywood (1983) needed the 1st roof replacement since its existing; ADCO was far beyond our expectations and also helped with an excellent finance-plan. A new roof is a major job and the Adco team made it as easy as one can imagine. On time, friendly and CLEAN. Explanations were given friendly and with accuracy as well as easy to understand. of my 12 unit condo at 5650 Woodman Ave in Van Nuys. It was done quickly and flawlessly with no disruption to the owners. The workers were remarkably silent and left the building in great shape.
