i asked for an estimate from Top Roofing Installations around noon on a Tuesday and by 12:30 that same day, i got a call back. The following morning, I had a meeting with tanner and we signed a contract. By Thursday afternoon, the new roof was already installed. oliver and his team, who did the installation, were respectful of my time and worked diligently. They paid great attention to detail, even to the point of wiping off fingerprints from the newly installed roof. They made sure to thoroughly clean up before they left. The quality and craftsmanship of the work done in North Hollywood left me extremely satisfied.

I had initially postponed the project as I wanted to secure my financial situation before going ahead, and Oliver from Top Roofing Installations was patient and excellent in maintaining communication with me. They were considerate enough to deliver the roofing materials and even waited until after my son's water slide birthday party to start the work. The roofers performed an admirable job cleaning up the debris from the roof and their lunch area. I did notice a few stray nails, but a single text message to Tanner was all it took to have someone come out to sweep the area with a magnet again. I'm grateful for the new roof and I'll definitely be recommending Top Roofing Installations to my friends and family in North Hollywood.
