I absolutely love this place! The staff were very friendly and attentive and bcbg dresses are unique - sexy and classy! Their dresses flatter my body the best. I will be coming back for more. ❤️

I went to return a shirt for the first time at BCBG. This store had the worst customer service that I have ever experienced.
I've been a loyal customer for 12 years at this store, spending many thousands of dollars. The service used to be great.
This last visit, i wanted to return a shirt that I purchased 5 days prior. The person at the counter, Ally, was handling the return. She argued that the shirt had a perfume smell to it. I explained to her that I have not tried on the shirt on and that it has only been in the bag. She didn't believe me and made laughing comments with her other coworkers. It was very insulting and degrading. I got annoyed and explained that the perfume smell could have been from any number of people who tried the shirt on before i purchased it.
This was a terrible experience. A simple item return should never be so difficult, especially when I have the tags and receipt in hand. I never wore the shirt and it's well within the return period.
I will never go back to this store .BCBG's image has been tarnished by these employees.
Before this incident, I was gathering things to purchase along with the return but was so disgusted with the customer service that I decided to just leave it and walk out.
