Splendid

Would not recommend due to poor customer service. I dont live in OC so I hasnt been back in 2 months to complete some Christmas returns. Had already done two exchanges at 2 other fashion island stores with no problem. And I didnt have receipts for either of those items either. Went to exchange a shirt for one size up, and the shirt was there and the original had never been worn and had tags on, yet they wouldnt let me simply exchange it. May seem like a small thing, but customer service is everything. The products themselves are fine.

Julie is the RUDEST person I've ever had to deal with at any store! I was getting help from a nice girl, who's name escapes me, just with a few questions about the store, as I was visiting California, and we don't have Splendid back home; Julie then came over, and sent the girl in the back, and over the course of 15 minutes essentially told me if I was going to waste any more time, I should just pick something and get out already. I didn't think I was being loud or rude, and the clothes are still cute, but I made sure to remember Julie because lowkey it ruined my day. :(

Never in all the years of shopping at this location have I been mistreated. Calling to complain to higher up! This needs to be addressed!!!! The manager is Julie, went in to order some clothes in my size from another store like I usually do cause they don’t always have a Large or XL in stock. Anyways she was so rude to me and to other customers. Also cruel to this sweet employee helping me in the beginning. Never in my life seen this behavior at a clothing store. By the way she took down her mask when she was talking to me at the register in front of two other customers felt for my safety. This is COVID already uneasy shopping without a mask want to feel safe shopping. Saw other people complain on reviews and I understand why. This is a issue and it’s disgusting to me if Splendid keeps this women working with customers, feel horrible for employees that have to work with her.
