The worst part was making the reservation over the phone, I couldn't comprehend his accent and he couldn't comprehend my lack of accent. So I walk from my hotel to the location as shown on google maps, but they've moved and are now based out of the airport. I then walk back to my hotel and take their shuttle to the airport. From there everything went smoothly, the guy at the desk inside the terminal was great. Tried to sell me their insurance plans that I didn't need. Had me initial 6 times and sign twice just to verify my literary skills. I then head down the parkade to the next booth where a friendly lady gives me my keys and asks for another signature. She tells me both bumpers are scratched, fine. I give the Kia Soul a quick look over, to verify this. Also noticed the rear wiper spins 360 degrees like a windmill, no biggie. Take it back to my hotel noticing the wheel alignment is so screwed up it drives worse than a shopping cart! Better not tell them cause they'd probably bill me to fix it then! So off I go, wish me luck!

Despite some of the reviews we had good service at this location. It was also by far the cheapest
