Farmers Insurance - Susan Endress

Sue Endress was helpful and patient. She worked with our budget and all our needs in mind. I would highly recommend her for your insurance!!!

My auto policy was transferred to Susan Endress' agency by my original agent, which is the only reason I would have ever contracted with her. Susan's communication was intermittent at best and never friendly. When I was transferred to another state and therefore had to cancel my policy, there was a very small balance due of less than $100, which I was unaware of. Instead of following up with me after my move to take care of the payment and despite always paying my balance in full while I lived in California, she reported the balance to a collections agency without my knowledge until I received a notice in the mail. Naturally, this has marred my credit score negatively and will for the next several years. If you have other agents in the area you can contact, please do so. I don't wish this sort of treatment on other future clients, their credit histories or their overall well-being.
