Stay away horrible customer service i bought auto insurance from all state online so they assigned me this company so i wanted to cancel my insurance because i found a way better rate with some other company but for some reason i called 1 week into getting my insurance and they couldnt find my policy they told me i needed to wait for it to process so i gave it another week and they had said sometimes it takes a little longer like 5 days because you bought online well still didnt show it was processed 2 weeks later and since it wasnt process they told me i couldnt cancel i called a few times and one lady couldnt even help me out so i call later and for some reason my problem had a fix but the first lady that i spoke too didnt even try to help me so now because it went on for almost the whole month they are not giving me my 290 refund back and to top it off still shows i owe them $54 for not even a month of service which i was trying to cancel earlier for the same reason freaking thieves stay awayworst customer service i feel like they where lagging on purpose just to keep the down payment would give negative stars if i could

What I don't understand is why do we pay installment fees when you have a automatic withdrawal on the date that you gave them. Also to the Lancaster office hasn't been open since the pandemic so we don't even know if the Lancaster office on the boulevard is open. The one on avenue J and 20th on the east side of Lancaster in the shopping center don't even recognize the people payment they didn't want to take them when the office on Lancaster Blvd was close. They wanted you to make a payment by giving cashier checks you couldn't give cash. I thought if you had an account with Allstate and you had your account number it should not matter where you go to make your payment but it mattered to them. I was sent away because they didn't know how to get to the account. And I made payment there before. Go figure
