Unreliable and now fraudulent positive reviews. We tried to use their services for placements, both temporary and permanent. Sadly, they were unable to honor the smallest of time commitments with their limited staff. When I reached out to clarify matters, they insisted the changes were inconsequential - which I understand if I am them, but less so for us and our child. Their model is trolling care.com for workers, paying them $19/hour without the benefit of time and a half when they overwork them with multiple clients per day - and then bill the client family $30+/hour. We tried and failed to reach out to ownership to correct or terminate - but without success. Our only recourse is really to warn other families from away from the letdown of unreliable care. (After this post, their staff saw fit to add positive reviews - not surprising given their other business practices.)
