Ms. Imelda watched our two year old for the evening while we were at a family wedding. Our child was comfortable with her right away. Imelda played, managed dinner and bedtime and sent us text updates throughout the night. She was very caring, thoughtful and professional. We were able to enjoy the wedding knowing our child was in good hands. So happy to have connected with NVN. The whole process was smooth, professional and reassuring. Thank you Maggie and Imelda!

Maggie is wonderful to work with, she even sent a rain warning before we left to help us pack! She paired us with Maria who watched our girls for 2 nights and we all loved her. She kept in contact with me and even sent cute pictures of the girls. Her bag of toys was loved by both our girls. Our oldest asked if we could bring her on the next leg of our trip. :)

I was very hesitant to leave my children with a sitter that I didn't know, but Maggie put me at ease from the very beginning. Her approach to fitting my kids to the perfect nanny was wonderful and I appreciated the bio/ resume, with photo, that I received before the scheduled evening. Our nanny, Eileen, was fabulous. My 8/10 yo kids loved her. She brought a tub full of age appropriate activities. I would highly recommend this service, as well as Eileen. Keep up the good work, Napa Valley Nanny!

Our sitter, Imelda, was amazing. She was so nice to our baby, brought toys that he loved, and played with him before bed time. She was very prompt ( early!). Booking the sitter through Maggie was also seamless. Would definitely use them again.
