I had 5 quotes and this company was the cheapest. I got a new a/c and furnace done in July on a rental property. We are in November and am still waiting for the work to be complete. Last thing left is the city permit inspection in which I paid Fel-Air $800 for. So I have called and spoke to Clint 2 times in July, 2 times in August, once in September, and once in October regarding the final inspection from the city. Everytime we have spoken it's been very brief. He tells me he will call the city and set it up. 2 times he has given me a date they will come and they never showed. The rest of the times he says he will get back to me and never did. No call, no text, nothing. I have documented everything and will be pursuing legal action against this company for "non-performance" of the work that was done on my property.
Have you ever heard the saying "you get what you pay for".......

Adam was great to work with. He showed up in time provided, was professional and efficient in his work. My AC stopped working due to me trying to replace my thermostat with a wi-fi. Adam had the system running in no time. He also performed a service on my system and it now blows colder than before. He was even great with my very curios dogs.

The install took longer than anticipated,, yet the installer would not stop. He did finally reach a point (after many attempts) to realize and inform us that it was beyond his expertise and would contact his supervisor who would in turn have an electrician come out and finish the install. The problem was wiring (this is an older home) and the electrician was able to locate the cause, correct it and we now have a working A/C. From start to finish, all with whom. we dealt with were professional. We would recommend Fel Air without hesitation. Service: AC installation
