Panic. That's what you do when your heater or AC is on the fritz and you call a repair man. These guys ask you to check the simple stuff first. Check your breaker box. Check your fuses. Check if it's plugged in.
All good? Let's make an appointment.
Now you're worried they're going to take advantage of you knowing ZERO about the problem source and charge you through the Wazoo.
Nope. These guys are great! They came out on time and sourced the issue. In my case, it was not a big deal. A simple fix. They assessed my system and let me know if I might expect future issues.
