I am a renter and this company came to do fumigation for the unit that is in front of mine. Their garage is attached to mine and so we had to turn off our gas as well. This was the week of Thanksgiving and the house was tented on Monday and the tent was removed on Wednesday. They were supposed to coordinate with the gas company to return service upon tent removal. They failed to do this and so we were without hot water, home heating, cooking range use, and ability to do laundry through the holiday and until Saturday. The only reason they came on Saturday is because I called the emergency line myself and the gas company was kind enough to work with me. However, we still had to wait until Saturday due to the holiday. Please use anyone else for this service so your holidays aren't ruined.

Excellent experience with this company. I went through Orkin and they subcontracted to Your Way Fumigation. Was concerned about subcontracting the work, but this is very serious specific work, so made sense, and I trust my Orkin inspector. The guys who came showed up on time and were professional, friendly and helpful. And they kicked ass getting everything in place and making sure food was double bagged and drawers/closets/etc. were open so no gas could get trapped. I let the neighbors no we would be gone and to keep a lookout for break-ins while the house is empty.I came home to tent off and only slightest disturbance (few insulation bits out of attic). Bugs are gone. Yay! Would definitely recommend Your Way Fumigation and Orkin.

They were hired by Acurate Pest Control to subcontract in tenting our house. Horrible experience! When the Fumigation was set they said they would be at our place from 8am- 12pm no one showed up. When I called they said it was scheduled for a later time. Which was a lie! Because they specifically told us and called us. When they finally arrive they said they can't do it anymore because it's "windy". So it was pushed to the next day.When they get there the next day, I told them I'll do the walk through with them. The guy didn't put covers on good shoes and he didn't want me to do the walk through with him. I said no, I need to. I don't want him in my house alone. Finally when it was all tented up I asked when they would be removing it because I will be there to open the door for them. They wanted my key code, but I specifically said no. I will be here to open the door for you just call me. I'm five minutes away. And they agreed. I'm sure you can guess if they called me or not. THEY DID NOT! instead I get an alert on my phone that someone broke in my house! So I rushed over to see it was them! They LITERALLY BROKE INTO MY HOUSE! When I reported it to the manager they said no they had the code. I said no they did not and showed them the pick that was in my door lock and my notifications.Do not work with these unprofessional guys!

warning!!!!!warning!!!!!warning!!!!!please do not dismiss this review!!!!! we are victims to this thievery!!!!!! please avoid using them at all costs!!they may offer low rates however you will come back to your home with broken windows and front door wide open during the duration of the fumigation. (4 whole days) items stolen, disrespected property, broken screen doors, and so much more.we unfortunately dismissed all the nasty reviews because we were short on time and didn't do enough research on other companies before signing up with this scam/fraudulent lame business. i spoke with heidi before the process and addressed my concerns about all the robbery reviews. she assured me it was all due to high crime related areas.we live in a very low crime area - yet we were still robbed. inside job - for sure.the employees, heidi, heisy, geo were beyond rude .we were notified that our house was "robbed" while a family employee (heisy) came over to aerate the property. instead of waiting for us to come to the property or immediately notify the police dept, heisy takes it upon herself to take pictures of what items were left behind. from my understanding from heidi, no one other than geo was supposed to be inside the house. when the tent came down - we noticed that the front door was unlocked as well. the morning of the fumigation, i provided geo a lockbox with the code to secure the key. instead of retrieving the key out of the lockbox, he picks it up from the dirt floor. geo cant get the story straight when asking important questions .crook of a company . please look up their company name on dca.ca.gov. you will see a pending accusation case filed january. i truly wished i did more research on them before trusting them with our home, key, and personal belongings. i have never felt more violated in my life. please please please!!!!! do not trust them. do not trust them. do not trust them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After putting it off for numerous years, we finally decided to fumigate our house for termites. We have a two-story house with solar panels on the top, multiple plants surrounding the house, and needed to tent our outdoor grill and garage as well. I was so impressed with how thorough and careful Romero and his team were. I had forgotten to bag the food in the small fridge/freezer in the garage and they caught that and did it for me without an additional charge. They carefully tented around all our plants/trees, including wrapping around my small vegetable garden (I hadn't even asked them to do that). Because of their careful prep process, there was no damage to any structures nor any trees/plants.They were on time and right on schedule. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for the not-fun experience of tenting for termites.
