This family is amazing! They got back to me right away when I requested a quote and said they'd come out and take a look and tell me what they could do: I was in a condo that's technically on the 2nd story because the garages are below, and I needed the entire interior deep cleaned, plus the windows interior and exterior because I was moving out.They had an opening in their schedule same-day and managed to come meet me at my condo. They looked at the window situation and came inside to take a quick look and said they could get it done in a few hours. Ricardo said he might not be able to do every window because of the height situation, but boy did he not disappoint! I was expecting him to say he'd come back in a couple weeks to do it, but he said they could clean the unit right then! His family hopped out of the car and they got straight to work.Ricardo drove off for a bit and came back with a truck and extension ladder, and he was able to get every. single. window. He cleaned the screens, cleaned the glass, cleaned the tracks as best he could. We had aluminum frames, and he said those tracks run really deep, so he couldn't get EVERYTHING out, but except for the scraped paint from opening and closing the windows, those tracks looked brand new.Everything was wiped out and wiped down; floors were spotless; blinds, windowsills, windows. To get it so clean, and to do it on-the-spot like that was beyond my expectations. The job was a little bit pricier than I expected, but it was worth every penny. Other cleaners I'd talked to were scheduling easily 8 weeks out. I just got lucky that they had openings that day. When I need a regular cleaning service, I know who I'm calling. Santana's Cleaning has been working for us for years. Their attention to detail is awesome. They communicate      During and after each cleaning session. They are fair and prompt. Very accommodating to extra request cleanings. Incredibly trustworthy.

Ricardo and his crew have been our go-to cleaning crew for almost a year now and have probably cleaned close to 30 properties for us! As a real estate agency we get houses in all kinds of conditions and Ricardo always gets them looking amazing, from huge windows to tiny details in appliances.  The communication is great, and they are now part of our family! I recommend Santana's cleaning to everyone!

We were eager to move into our new home, but times being what they are, we wanted to be sure it was cleaned and sanitized before we started living in it. This was our first time using a cleaning service and we weren't sure how to proceed. But Ricardo made the process super easy. He was very accommodating with our schedule and tight timeline. He made time to come the day before our requested day of cleaning to get an idea of what we wanted done.On the day of our appointment, Ricardo arrived on time and we were able to leave him our keys while we handled other moving related tasks. Ricardo and his team, did a wonderful job cleaning all the nooks and crannies of our new home. Besides doing a great job cleaning, Ricardo is just a really nice guy and very personable. When we need future cleanings, we'll be sure to reach out to him again.
