Caroline has done it again, working with her was an even better experience the second (and third) time around!! She not only helped us get everything right to sell our beloved house within 24 hours(!!) but also helped us find the perfect new home in a neighborhood we love. Not only that but she helped us do it in a way that made us feel super safe and secure during the Covid-19 Pandemic, following all protocols and helping us make very isolated appointments both for buying and selling. We felt safe and managed and are so happy with the outcome. Weve already referred multiple friends to her and shes helped at least 2 close this month alone so it makes us look good :)

Caroline has stood by us for over a year, through multiple offers and stringent requirements. She never showed any sign of fatigue, disinterest, or just trying to close a deal fast. In a mostly seller market, it is hard to find such an agent. She really cared that the home is to our liking, negotiated on our behalf, and even attended to our most silly and basic questions and concerns.
