Would love to stay again if the hot tub stays open a bit later. Until 9. Let me know if this happens and I'll come back!

Trying to get a hold of the front desk since I received an email thru Expedia / Mariposa that our reservation we paid for in full Will be cancelled if we dont pay additional amount X b/c of Expedia policy changes. Frustrating that no one at the hotel is answering.

Two nights - First night spent at room 206. Room was clean, large, has a fire place. I am a very light sleeper and was hoping for a quiet getaway. Cons: Very thin walls - noisy cars at the intersection on a Saturday night, every SINGLE footstep can be heard from above and snoring heard next door, too. Heard the loud ice machine across this room multiple times after 10pm! I had to use ear plugs! This room's wooden blinds aren't enough to darken the room at night and the window is next to a house which has a flood light that intermittently turns on and off. I would suggest black out curtains! The ceiling has water damage stains that they never bothered to re-paint. The shower has 2 shower heads but no caddy for toiletries storage. Water took a while to heat. The following day, I gently shared my frustrations to the receptionist in regards to the non-stop footstep noises heard above our room. She was nice enough to offer us a room, 210. She said no one will be below or above us. Room 210 is located in a secured area, you'll need to use your key for entry. It is definitely a large, nicer room and more welcoming and QUIET. I can say that I enjoyed 50% of my stay because of this room and thanks to the lady who offered to move us.
