        I would leave 0 if I could. I made a reservation 10/15 - 10/26 just befor 3pm and was told I could pick it up at 430. I got there at 430 and they had closed up 30 min before closeing time at 5 PM with a sign on the door directing me to a different enterprise and never even gave me a call to let me know. Very disrespectful place use a different one and save yourself some trouble!

        Rented a Chevy Equinox.Warning-the gas tank door/spout does not have lock! We were in Vegas and the gas tank was siphoned twice. I reported this to the Enterprise teller in Monterey and she was very non chalant. She didn't believe me, she claimed that it’s not possible because there’s a lock mechanism. she said the car is not my “cup of tea”. Huh? Very odd and clueless response. Disappointed with car and that response.
