Hey just a warning to everyone DO NOT hire Mitch Paso from Mitch's Home Repair and Renovation. He came out gave me a bid to put a clear coat on my patio. We agreed to $3200. All i asked was he make the ground shinier and easier to clean. Now everytime someone swims or it rains the entire patio looks dirty and i told him and then he changed his story to it's the color of the stain. I said why didn't you say that before you took on the job? Then he started making excuses like it's a pool deck and the stain color is too dark. He also decided to keep a $250 bucket of clear coat without returning it or the money to me. I have that in the text message. The only resolution he gave me was half my money back or I give him $550-$700 more to take the clear coat and stain off and leave it as it was before. This guy is a crook. Please keep your money! And stay far away from this man and his phony business!!
