I had a roof leak that damaged my dining room ceiling and floor. I called AAA to file a claim and they recommended this water company to me. Estevan called me to schedule an appointment right away and was very accommodating of my availability which I appreciated because my work schedule varies. Jesus and the other worker (I didn't get his name but he had a beard and glasses) were very polite and respectful of my home. They always arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. The manager Evonne called me to let me know that another company was going to call me to schedule some sort of testing because my home was built in the 70's. She took the time to explain everything to me because truthfully I didn't know what asbestos was and I had a lot of questions about the entire process they were going to do in my home. I probably called her three or four times with different questions and she was very thorough in her explanations and polite. I feel her team is a great representation of her because they are all very helpful and patient as well. This company exceeded my expectations and made this process so easy for me. I would use them and recommend them to anyone with damage to their home.

Had a great experience with Toor, very easy to work with Evonne and Omar; honestly with everyone in the office!! They helped to be middle man between my insurance and mortgage. I was also able to save some money with modifications I had in mind since the house was already a skeleton. Highly recommend them for your restoration needs!

The team did a Great Job at my Mother in Laws Home.Evonne always responded very quickly. Estaban and his Helper are very professional. I highly recommend this company.
