Freitas Plumbing and Water Heaters

I would like to say first and foremost they were very friendly showed up basically on time and honored their quote. However we had toilet upstairs that was not flushing properly they sent out a rep, he ran the snake down the toilet a few times said it was clear and nothing was blocking the flow, yet the toilet was still not flushing properly. They said it was a poor brand "American Standard" and to replace it for $750 with the manufacturer they recommended. I knew in my mind it was not the toilet as it was recently replaced. Another service came out and cleared the issue with a chemical treatment of the water. Freitas should be just as knowledgeable about issues as this company was. Service: Toilet repair

Another plumber came to my house and tried for 2 hours to fix my problem with no success. I called Freitas Plumbing and Water Heater and the problem was fixed in 30 min.
