All American Plumbing Heating

We love working with All American Plumbing Heating and Air. They service both our home and rental. We have both properties enrolled in the AMP service plan. So worthwhile. Recently, we had a plumbing issue at our rental. Jose from All American is the plumber who services our rental and he is amazing. Hes knowledgeable, professional, courteous and has a great sense of humor. He was accompanied by Chris who was just as helpful and competent. They fixed our situation and actually came back out to adjust the dishwasher that was still acting up adjusting with the new plumbing. Cant say enough good things about this company and staff. Jos and Chris came to give me a quote on a gas dryer hookup. They were friendly, funny and professional. They did an amazing job explaining the work they would do and they thoroughly explained the cost. They were out of my budget for this project but I still recommend them. They have an amazing HVAC/Plumbing maintenance membership program that is affordable and worth every penny.

All American Plumbing Heating & Air were great to work with! Our ancient water heater stopped working. (There was no leaking, just stopped heating the water...) The owner of the local American PH&A (Lamont) came right over to diagnosed the problem. (It was NOT a pilot light out. Was a failed control box). Lamont advised us that the water heater was still in warranty (but barely). He gave us a choice of having the original manufacturer send a replacement control box and have his crew install it. Or, install a new water heater that was NOT DIY grade like the one that failed on us. We opted for the upgrade with the more robust construction and engineering. The work was scheduled for the next morning. The Technicians Jose and Chris came on time (Actually, a little early as their previous assignment was done sooner...). They got to work right away. (Took the old water heater out. Properly installed the new one with the proper shutoff valve and anti-earthquake strapping in place.) They tested for proper temperature and for leaks. They reviewed with me the proper yearly maintenance for this installation. They answered all my (sometimes dumb) questions with patience. I believe I got good value and service for the money I paid.
