        So warm, welcoming, and super knowledgeable teachers. Every class I've attended has impressed me, and I always leave with a clear mind feeling wonderful in my body. Highly recommend Andrea's class! She is super in tune with the students and works with everyone on anything they might raise.

        The Institute is warm and inviting. There is a sense of community here. My teacher is an excellent communicator and teaches with openness and enthusiasm. I always look forward to class. It is worth the drive. I only I wish I had found the Institute first before I had gone looking for something closer to home.

        One of the best Yoga studios in LA. This is real yoga practice, not lifestyle yoga. If you're looking for a place to look good this isn't the place for you. If you are a serious practitioner looking to improve yourself from the inside out this is then place for you. Wonderful classes, workshops and a highly professional and trained staff.
