The experience was great. The staff was very helpful and informative. I love the mobile application and ease of scheduling an appointment. I would prefer if the form that I need to complete each time I visit was kept on file so I don't have to fill it out every time. If for some reason that is necessary, it would be helpful if I could complete it online or through the app at the time I make the reservation.

I came here today and was told to join the virtual wait at 11:30 AM. I was spot 4 in the virtual wait to check-in. This doesn’t include being seen. In the two hours I waited, I moved to spot 3. The front desk is unfriendly and acts as if they could not be bothered—short answers and not helpful. Upon arriving, I learned that you could join the virtual wait to check in from home and then show up. This is not clear anywhere until you arrive. While I was waiting, I tried the other exer locations and was given the same place in line with a wait time of 20 mins to check-in, not 2 hours. I could have easily spent 6 hrs at that rate. So glad I left and so glad I know to never bother with the culver exer ever again. I’ve been going to other exer locations for years and have always been extremely happy with everything. I will never come back to this location. Go to any other one than this one.
