I have tried to refrain from leaving a negative review and give Fairfax urgent care the benefit of the doubt. But I am still dealing with their mess from my visit in September 2022. TLDR: STAY AWAY 1. On my original visit the correct labs were not ordered for my presenting symptoms. I had to have a second visit and they tried to charge me for a new visit/also charged my insurance + labs 2. I was treated for something and when I called about the lab results they had no record of my September visit and were trying to re order the medication that I had already taken. Medico legal disaster. 3. When I first presented they had me wait about 30 mins to run my insurance and told me I have $x amount copay and it includes all necessary testing/etc needed for the exam. Then I get a bill to an address I do not reside at from the Lab. I obviously didnt know I had this bill and was sent to the COLLECTION AGENCY. Terrible communication. Bottom line: I would not recommend this urgent care. I wouldnt want your health concerns to be lost in translation like mine. There are many nearby urgent cares to try. I wish I had trusted the reviews prior to when I made my initial visit.

As I said, a surprisingly good experience. No too long wait time. Nice staff and above all a wonderful (she) doctor. Simple, understanding, caring and everything.
