Eckharts Trailer Hitch

Wow, well I thought they would do better than uhaul by them charging $150 more... First off they didn't tell II the total INCLUDING TAX UNTIL YOU GIVE THEM YIUR CARD AND SIGN OFF. Second, they take twice as long, I was told 2-2 1/2 hours. I assumed being the great 4 1:2 star business they are and their Up change that they would have called me when it was done. Nope! I called at 4:15 thinking it should be ready, low and behold it would be ready in 5 min, I call an uber but it won't get me there by 4:30....,when they close'!!! What business just goes "yeah sorry too bad" unprofessional and terrible customer service.

Don't get any work done with these guys, they are complete morons, they did a horrible job installing my hitch, I had to have the welding and wiring redone and I had to have the heat shield re-attached.

Unlisence welders they weld what they think is correct and when they make mistake they tell you that we can't fix it they claim they are professional but not by telling me to call the company who the by their products from now I am having to pay double to have the same thing fixed over by reputable company who actually build trailer I would avoid the place so you do not have the same experience I had

Brought my bed frame in today to get a piece of iron reattached/welded. Tony whipped it out in no time and was extremely friendly. Awesome service, really quick and very cool. Love it when that happens!!
