I had a high end camera that needed to be repaired. Unfortunately, the part that needed to be replaced cost more than what I bought the camera for. I was a little bit worried because this was the first time I used CALUMET Camera Service. Even though this shop couldn't make the repairs, (they would've had to outsource for repair) they were very accommodating to me, great communication and shipped my camera back with no additional charges. They are professional and I enjoyed corresponding with Matt who was very helpful. If I ever need a repair in the future I will definitely be using this place. Great service.!

I was asking price for camcorder to compare with other place
Did not say anything else.

When I called this store, before I could even get to the question mark at the end of my statement, the gentleman who answered said to just come down and buy. I was then placed on hold indefinitely until my arm got too tired. lol.
To Samy's, Silvios, Paul's Camera: I am ready to spend about $400 on a dslr mic. I had previously done enough research to narrow my choices down to either a Sennheiser mke 400 or the Rode stereo mic. Answer my one question and you have a sale.
