Nisi is well known for producing high quality various types of filters and holders systems. I have completed my own research before deciding to purchase my V7 filter kit system from Nisi store USA
The shipping time was quick and reasonable and the product was great.
I have also to share my experience which demonstrate the excellent customer service and the reason why i become now loyal customer to Nisi.
When o received my V7 holder system, i noticed a minor issue in the screw design/shape, it did not actually affect the usage of filter. However i reported the issue to Nisi and shared some image samples.
The customer service team quickly attended to my email and compensated me for the issue by partial refund of my purchase price. They also offered to return the product and fully refund the sale price.
This is what i call excellent customer service and i am really glad from the quick response and the way they have managed my complaint
As a result, i will always consider nisi as first choice of any purchase before looking at any other options.
