CVS Pharmacy

My CVS pharmacy staff are outstanding! Farnaz, Dorit, Willy, Michael and Jessica are always terrifically informed, and go out of their way to answer any questions about medications or payment fees and insurance. Even when the demand on their time is extreme, they treat each patient as if they were the only one there. It comes down to the individual team members themselves, each one a treasure. I know each by name, and each one of them has gone out of their way to help me many, many times over the many years I have come. I chose this particular CVS many years ago, and never looked back. Any pharmacy can fulfill and dispense prescriptions, but not every pharmacy goes out of its way to make certain that you are receiving the right drug, to answer questions, and to always respond with patience and kindness. Dorit, Willy, Farnaz, Jessica, Michael, and the rest are wonderful. Patients come first. That's all that matters to them. I couldn't ask for a more informed, kind, outgoing staff. Without an inspired staff, a pharmacy by itself is four walls filled with shelves of drugs. Thanks to the staff at my CVS, it is far more.

The CVS on Pico Blvd and Beverwill is wonderful. Customer service as well as caring. friendly and kind people who work at this store. Thank you at this visit to Willie and Adam the pharmacist and Griesel.

9618 W Pico CVS is a location that I Highly recommend. Caring Pharmacist and technicians and very helpful employees overall in the store.
