I wish that I could give this place a better review, because the food isn't bad at all. Unfortunately, the service is so terribly inconsistent that I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. Over the course of a single night, my wife and I were quoted one price for delivery and told that the wait would be approximately 35 minutes. As the food was supposed to arrive, we were called back from the restaurant to be told that the delivery charge would actually be five dollars more than what we had been quoted, and that the driver had not yet left with the food. After several minutes of haggling with the person on the phone and realizing our lack of other options, we gave in to the increased delivery fees. Approximately forty-five minutes later, we contacted the restaurant to find out what the reason was for the continued delay. The first time that I called, someone picked up the phone and immediately hung it up. This repeated twice more. On my fourth attempt, I reached the person I'd been dealing with all night, who stated that she had hung up because she was still trying to find out what had happened to our food, and that she had just found out that the delivery driver had been in an accident. After ensuring that the delivery driver had not been harmed (top priority), I asked if there was any chance that our food could be delivered. She did not know. I canceled the order. When I called to complain the next day, I was apologized to, but no serious steps were taken to attempt to make up for the fact that my family and I had been forced to resort to eating a bag of pre-sliced salami for dinner that night. Between the bait and switch on the delivery fees, the lateness of the delivery before the accident, the hanging up when I called, and the fact that they did not call me to let me know that our delivery would be even later than previously thought (not to mention the management's lack of interest in making up for their horrible service), my family will not be eating here again under any but the most dire of circumstances.
