El Pollo Loco

Still the worst El Pollo Loco ever. I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru line before I got to the window, and my order wasn't even started. They tried to charge me for bottled water when I had only asked for a regular water. Then they gave me a cheap chicken burrito when I had ordered the expensive keto burrito. Had to drive back to get the correct one. Honestly, I'm surprised this location is still in business! Fail.

If I could give this place negative stars they'd definitely get -10. How is it possible to wait in a drive thru line for 52 minutes when there are 3 vehicles in front of you only. The reason I stayed waiting was because there were 2 cars behind me so I couldn't back up. The customer service here really sucks. Spent my lunch hour in line waiting basically. Smh.

Very slow fast food. This location is either under-staffed or just poorly run. Takes over ten minutes just to ring in your order during lunch, and then you still have to wait for your food. Sometimes I have to leave before ordering, because I only get 30 minutes for my lunch break.

I am a local, I live right up the street and I'm so sorry but I have to give this place one star. The last five times I have been there has been the same. Extremely long wait times, the salad bar is a MESS, there's always something missing from my order, I have to keep reminding them to give salsa or they just forget. Seems to be a location run by teenage boys, I feel kinda bad saying that but it's true! They're always scrambling around not knowing what to do, moving super slow, no one is at stations, everyone just doing everything. This Pollo is consistently bad. CONSISTENTLY. Today was the last time I will stop by. I'm tired of being disappointed. It seems to me that this location is in dire need of new management. I mean that so wholeheartedly. There is obviously no strong leader here and it shows.

This is my second visit in a week as I always take my lunch around this area. Just want to say that the staff Carol has the worst customer service skills ever. She rushes you and if you have any questions about anything on the menu good luck because now you just irritated her. God forbid you want anything she forgot to put in your bag such as napkins fork or spoon. Will not be visiting this location anymore.
