El Pollo Loco

This has to be one of the worst El Pollo Locos in LA. I ordered their crispy taco and got over cooked tacos that had been fried in their deep fryer. I thought they would crispy them on their grill. The results was 2 oil soaked tacos with unidentifiable meat content. Took the order back to the counter and exchanged it for a double chicken tostado. Now you would think that a place that specializes in chicken would really know how to cook "chicken ". No, not this place. The chicken breast in the tostado was dry and tasteless and the rest of the tostado was no better. Needless to say I could not eat this order. I ended up calling Corp to file a complaint. The young lady that assisted me said they would contact the manager and I would receive a refund.

This pollo loco is on western and Venice, you might think because it's in the hood the resvice it's bad. I thought so too, so my husband and I decided to eat inside because the drive through was packed. What a great service we got inside, the place was clean, our order came fast and the food was delicious. We ordered the new Birria tacos and of course the chicken meal. Inflation it's bad we spend over $29 on a meal for 2!

Great service hot food and the fountain on tap. Outdoor tables also make for great social experience or date or family lunch/dinner

Tonight wasn't a great night. The server wasn't fully bilingual. I had to repeat my order several times all to have her miss an item. Then I get to the window where I noticed the order was wrong before I pulled off and asked her was she the one to take my order, she didn't respond.

Parking is horrible. Staff is not too friendly or helpful. Food is great, but will go to a different location next time. sorry.
