I started coming in to see Dr. Ragsdale for my chronic neck/shoulder/back pain caused by daily desk job position and bad posture. It's been a tremendous help in pain relief and I happily schedule to see him regularly as part of my pain management. I always feel so relaxed after and just have a better overall feeling after my visit. He also makes an extra effort in making sure you are comfortable and talks you through the treatment. Being a former college football player my body can be a mess at times. I started going to Dr. Fred for my back pain. It was my first time getting acupuncture but he made sure to fully explain the process which let me know I was in the right hands. He is very knowledgeable and is great at listening to your issues and coming up with a plan of action. I've had significantly less back issues since starting with Dr. Fred and have gotten more out of my workouts. I'd suggest Dr. Fred to anyone looking for the best acupuncturist in LA!

Dr. Fred is the best needler in LA. I've been doing acupuncture for years, and I've experienced both good and bad acupuncturists. Dr. Fred is exemplar! As an athlete, my body can be a bit of a fascia and trigger point mess. He helps me with aches and pains and is a regular part of my body work protocol. If you are looking for an acupuncturist that can release muscles and break up adhesions to keep you pain free, go to Dr. Fred!

I had been searching for an acupuncturist who did house calls for TMJ issues and came across Fred here on Yelp - the reviews do not lie... HE IS AMAZING. He is super knowledgeable, very gentle, very kind and really listened to me and my concerns - and then he worked his magic! I can't thank him enough! I referred him to my husband too and he helped with knee pain.
