Been coming here my whole life and ever since the new doctor took over, everything has gone downhill here. Doctor talks to patients with contempt and is always in a rush to get rid of you. Front desk is very mean and curt with words. Only person who will treat you with dignity there is Nurse Maria. I know that this is because of the huge amount of stress they are under, but it isnt fair to patients.

I would like to sort out the pros and cons of this clinic, and only after that you would decide is it right for you or not. Pros: Kind and caring doctor. You can see a doctor the day you feel bad, not a month later. All necessary tests will be taken from you. The treatment prescribed by the doctor works. If you need a specialist or procedure, your doctor will help you with it. There is paid parking for $2. Cons: The average waiting in line is about two hours. (Almost like an ambulance, only cheaper). The staff is not always friendly, especially on the phone. It is not easy to reach the clinic by phone, sometimes it is better to go there. New nurses forget to wear gloves when they take a blood test or give an injection. Printing your tests costs money. The parking lot is small and inconvenient, sometimes the security guard demands more money if you exceed 2 hours. The opening hours on the door are not correct. They accept patients from 9-3. The room needs renovation.

The doctor is incredible. The staff is awful. Linda is rude, not understanding in the slightest, the younger nurse is soooo dead inside and so uncaring that it hurts to deal with her. Theres only one person aside from the doctor herself thats very nice and thats the other nurse thats a little older. This clinic will not give you your test results over email or over the phone even if its a life threatening lab result which is absolutely insane. This place could be so much better, but its not.

The operator that answered the clinic's phone was named Linda. She was very rude and would NOT allow me to ask any questions over the phone. When I asked "what time did the clinic close?" Linda replied "4PM". On the website it states "6PM". Linda could've informed me that someone would be updating the website/system or explain that it was a misunderstanding but instead Linda acted very unprofessionally by cutting me off while I was speaking and refused to allow me to ask any questions. Very disappointing experience especially in this area!
