Waited 3 hours for a 5 minute talk with my doctor, took over a literal day to book an appointment over the phone. This place wasn’t even packed, I was one of the only patients there that morning. Seeing how every other review is saying the same thing, this doesn’t seem to be a one-off problem that happened to me. Find a different clinic if you value your time.

I have been calling leaving messages to get my prescriptions refilled for 2 months, CVS Pharmacy has faxed and called to get my prescriptions refilled. Nobody's calling back, I had to go to ER in a panic. I've been on my meds for over 10 years I can't just not take my meds it could cause me to have a heart attack. They use to be very caring but they change staff so many times nobody cares anymore.

Scheduling appointments, getting answers, and following up is a massive hassle at this place. Doctors are decent but the receptionists don't act professionally and have no idea how to do their job so that's where everything falls apart. They fail to call back when results come in, don't read medical notes saved on file, and don't even having a basic understanding of medicine or healthcare.

Lately this office has been showing nothing but poor customer service. Been trying to get a hold of the center for two days now, specifically the one in Lincoln heights. I leave my call back number only to have them call me back right before they close and they stay on the other end silent. Of course I call back and they are done for the day leading me to a messaging prompt. You guys suck. Don’t like your job, get a new one!!!
