        My mom has an appointment at 12 00, I asked if I can be early to her appt and they said yes. I showed up at 8:30am, to find out my mom has to wait until her scheduled time. I work graveyard, havent slept, I missed work because I was told my mom would be seen. Next thing you know, we are still waiting, 3 hours went by and no luck. All the receptionist dont show any sympathy for my mom, shes cold and hungry.. Terrible experience, if you are a patient @northeast community clinic on grand ave downtown l.a , walk away. Receptionist are terrible, they run the desc like if they are the authority. Very disappointed, will definitely not come back. I lost a day of work just waiting to be seen. When they finally called my mom in after 3.5 hours, it turns out we have to go back to the lobby and keep waiting because they dont have a room. Please stay away from this place.
