R Mattress

I'd like to give them 5 stars however I cannot because of the couple of hiccups this business made which was a hassle. Angela, the sales lady, was awesome. She gave us tons of information on all of the mattresses. She was patient and fantastic. I bought a top of the line mattress, not at all cheap, and arranged for it to be delivered. I asked that they call 1 hour ahead of time so I can get back To my house to meet them. They told me they'd be there between 1-5pm and were not only late but also only called when they were 5 min away. My friend met them at the house. Mattress delivered! Yay! Not yay!!... the boxspring had a large stain :( Delivery guy said it was a burn caused by the plastic. Okay, so these things happen. I call Angela and request a discount or new boxspring. She arranges it and in two weeks I have notice that it is in and will be delivered. They tell me it will be delivered between 10am-1pm, and that the driver will call 1 hour ahead of dropoff. I'm waiting...no call... I contact Angela who assures me they will deliver between 10-1pm and will give me 1 hour notice. This is important to me because I'm going to be late to work if they don't come ontime, which I mentioned to them. They called at 12:52pm to tell me they would be there in 9 min. At 1:05pm they show. I get that some might view this as nitpicking... but when you spend over 2 grand on a mattress, you expect #1 that it will show up without stains and #2 that they will show up ontime.
