Furniture Vision went above and beyond for our family. We had a default in our couch we bought from them a year ago. They contacted the manufacture to try and get a refund or replacement or even fixed but the manufacture did not want to help us out, so furniture vision took it in their own hands and had their own warehouse fix the piece for us and even had them come pick it up at our house and redeliever for no price. This was beyond customer service and so appreciated on all aspects. Amazing service: more businesses should be this amazing. I would definitely purchase another piece from them and thinking about getting a mattress for my daughter but this time with extended warranty, because can not count on these manufactures but can count on Furniture Vision. I found this hidden gem furniture store in west Los Angeles, thru their website. I just graduated from college, get my first job, and get my first own place. Because was my first, I wanted to be special, but you know, still a college dude budget. Well, listen to this: I got a custom made ( blue ) sofa, accent chair, small dining set w/ 4 chairs, queen bed and mattress, night stand, TV stand and small coffee table, for just under $ 1300. They also deliver and assembly, included on that price. As a new guy in his first own place, I didn't realized that I got the key of my apart. thursday afternoon, then run to buy furniture, and they delivered everything saturday at noon time. All, the manager there is very nice and patient (my first time buying furniture !! ) Honestly, a very good experience, so I would repeat in the future."

I was on the market for a modern mid-century sectional with a queen sleeper inside. I check every furniture store around hollywood and they wanted a little fortune because I had in mind a light blue color. I found this small store in west L.A, and then my hunting for a sofa turn for the best. They custom made a sectional exactly as I want (or at least as close as possible what I have in mind) for under $ 1200 (including a sleeper). They show me from a different arms style, cushion softness, legs style and color, and of course 100's of fabrics and colors. So, basically I built my own sectional with the dimension I needed. It was a great experience, they delivered to my place in 10 days (they have to remove my door to bring it inside and they put the door back as they finish) Sure, I'll be back for my new bed and table.
