Well I was kind of breathing a sigh of relief. I was already worried about my car lock being tampered with but the customer service rep really put me at ease once she showed total disinterest in my problem. I no longer was thinking about my car I just focused on the bad customer service. Thanks. I for one don’t forget bad experiences and won’t be ever requesting service from this company again.

I had an amazing experience with Zach! After dealing with an incredibly rude and condescending locksmith, Zach came to the rescue and went above and beyond for me. I needed several locks re-keyed and he was communicative, respectful and fair. He wasn’t trying to take advantage of me or overcharge me, but instead, he was generous. I can’t recommend his services enough and I will definitely use his services again and recommend him.

First two times I used this company they were great, no complaints. However, when I called to get them to correct a mistake, they really disappointed me. They tried telling me it was my car that was the problem & left me waiting for a quote for over 12 hours. Finally got my key fixed with another company that confirmed it was an issue with the original key LA Locksmith made for me. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Service: Auto locksmith

Excellent customer service! Finished programming my key in less than 10 minutes for a great price! This place is highly recommended, I’ll definitely be back again if need to be!
