Bait and switch AVOID THIS Company ...they will rip you off. We were quoted $120 on the phone, this jerk showed up 2 hours later and quoted us $300 then when we said NO he sped away and sent me this text....DO NOT CALL them...

I got a phone quote for $15 for the visit + $30 for each door rekey. The locksmith came and said it will be $120 for each rekey because I had a Kwikset smart key. I told him no and should have gone with my gut. Then he said he would do the job for $120 total cash. He finished in less than 20 minutes and told me I got a good deal. Looking online, I could have bought a Kwikset rekey set for $8.66 on Amazon and done the job myself. Looks like he got the better deal and I will have to write this one off as an expensive mistake.

I called this company because I was locked out of my apartment. Their customer service was on point and their tech prompt and professional. He did the job quickly with no damage and even gave me a free key since I was a first time customer. I highly recommend this company as this has been a pleasant experience for me!
