Exactly what we needed. The hotel provided everything we wanted (but not one thing more). We did go when COVID precautions were high - and they followed protocols very safely. The room was clean and perfectly "sparse". The shower pressure was great. The guys at the desk were very helpful and friendly. The garage is locked and we felt safe leaving our car and bikes there. We went to the Pantages and it was an easy Uber ride. (Tip: have the Uber driver pick you up at the gas station on the corner...we lost one driver who couldn't do the u-turn to pick us up right in front. The gas station is literally 50' away.) I would definitely return to this hotel.

Staff was rude and did not allow me to check in to the room I had booked. Took a lot of my time to get it figured out and was like pulling teeth. Other guests in front of me had complaints and had been moved several times due to lack of cleanliness in the rooms... lots of guests waiting to be checked in without being acknowledged by staff. It is in a decent location next to the metro and this is really the only upside I see to this hotel. Plus they charged me to park on there property wich is kind of annoying since it was not mentioned when the booking was made. Will not be staying here again.
