Six showrooms I went to they have the same ugly samples with a different stickers but this company has an amazing selection and they let you borrow these big sample boards to take home to make sure it's the right floor for you, and Jay, the owner, came to my house to give me an estimate. I thought they charge little more money than other contractor I brought but after I saw that they spent 2 days leveling my subfloor and three days installing the new one I know why.
The other guys did not include leveling my subfloor in the estimate, they were only going to charge me extra after starting the job because they are not sure how much it will be.
So if you want stunning looking floors in your home, I highly recommend to stop by Pacific Hardwood Flooring showroom and let Jay take care of it. He is an expert and work he does is a top notch.

We are very happy we found Pacific Hardwood Flooring. We are blown away by their service and the floor we have now is amazing.
Picking the wood was easy because they have many different samples in their showroom to compare. Victoria helped us narrow down to the perfect color / plank size for our home.
Installation happened while we live at home / at work. It was very nice the way they do installation.
Jay worked out an installation plan with dates and time convenient to us.
The crew did one room at a time, moving the furniture for us. We literally didnt lift a finger.
The quality of the floors they have is very nice. We looked at other options and can tell the difference in quality. Its quiet to step on and is nice to look at every morning.
If you are thinking of new floors, and you value high quality service, we recommend you talk to Pacific.

Jay and his team were fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and know what materials work best in particular situations. The installation looks beautiful and is now flush with our Fleetwood doors. I highly recommend Pacific Hardwood Flooring if you expect flooring to be done with attention to detail.

Working with Jay and his crew was a fantastic experience!
