I cannot compliment enough the ladies who are working here today. Andrea, the ear piercing specialist, was incredible. Ive contemplated a cartilage piercing for >10yrs, and mainly have not done it because when I went into other Claires locations, the employees were discouraging (rolling their eyes), giving wrong info, not informative, disinterested, etc... but I had the complete opposite experience today. The level of professionalism as well as her friendly attitude was undeniable, even over the phone when I called to ask questions. Andrea is an amazing pro, so kind, thorough, and so skilled at what she does that after she performed the piercing I asked did you do it yet?, I didnt even feel it! Karen at checkout was also awesome, super friendly, helped me with picking out some new accessories, and thorough in reinforcing post piercing care instructions. Thank you so much ladies!!!!
