Horrible customer service. Stood in line to pay for my one item .. Sofia was talking on the phone for about 5 minutes before I kindly asked her if there was only 2 ppl working so I could be rung up. (There was another employee there piercing someones ear) she then proceeded to say it was just them two. She finished her call a minute later and rang me up .. My total was $16.20 I wanted to pay with a 100$ bill but she then said she had no change at all .. I asked if there was anywhere she could get change in the back but she said no because if she left it would get very busy but there was no one one more customer and her other employee there .. I asked for her store phone number and she then yelled and said I was being very rude .. I was with my 7 yr old daughter so decided to walk away. I Left with my daughter upset and crying since we couldnt buy her mini toy . I ended up going somewhere else, got change , came back and purchased what I originally came for. What a waste of time! Thanks Sofia. P.S maybe a no100$ bill accepted sign would be helpful for future reference.
