        We bought 2 bags and 5 Lucy pouches. Asked if they have wrapping services. Unfortunately no. Thats fine. So we requested smaller papers bag for the 5 Lucy pouches, which are for gifts. She only could provide us 3 bags as she insisted they are running low. Totally unhappy with such a service. Whats the difference from 5 customers who buy one each time?! It is unfair and not reasonable!!

        In today's age it's very rare to get great customer service and I had amazing service at Kate Spade today.  Nina was awesome - happy to help, very friendly - and even offered to gift wrap my aunt's gift.  Very thankful for the experience and I will be back to look at cute stuff myself!  :)
