Racist office manager told me they didn't have a payment plan, but another lady that works there also walked up and told me they do have payment plans and they do them all the time. She said the office manager could set it up for me. The office manager didn't know what to say at this point.  Clearly it was because im black that I was told this. I left and came back 5 mins later because I had forgotten something, All the staff was standing in the front area discussing it i'm sure. Do you think Dr. Massa tried to smooth it over and say something?? NO, he did not! Will not be going back ever and definitely won't recommend any of my friends or family to go here and I will definitely tell everyone about this experience.

He's unbelievable.  Not only is he funny, kind and comforting, he's incredibly gentle and solicitous.  I was so impressed with him, I would recommend him to anyone, especially people with dental anxiety.  Sublime person, superior dentist.
