Let me start off by saying that one of the biggest issues I was having on Santee Street was that the salespeople were not allowing me to try on dress unless I was going to purchase ( how am I suppose to fall in love with a dress if I can not see what it will look like on me.
the moment I walked in the young lady (Spanish speaking ) congratulated me on my engagement and was absolutely so sweet! She helped me try on two dresses and I fell in love with both and I had to take them ! Price was wonderful as well I was on a budget and many stores were 1 000+and here I was able to take two dresses for less than 900
I would recommend checking it out I can't wait for my wedding day to show off my dress!!!!!!

Beautiful dresses and at a good price but, horrible customer service from a certain SANDRA, she thinks she is the great jewel, terrible behavior, she looks at the clients as if she were superior, she leaves the clients with the word in their mouths, her job is terrible, she doesn't do the job things as requested, she changes the colors and details to her liking, I would never really recommend going to that store to have anything done, only if you need a dress that they have ready in inventory, otherwise no, this image is what I received we ordered in color, lilac with mint color and no butterflies, and they delivered us in blue with lilac and butterflies

I absolutely recommend this boutique. The customer service was awesome. I found a dress, it was absolutely beautiful so I tried it on..... I loved it so I bought it!!!
I Highly recommend this shop. You will love the dresses & the women working there!
Best part of this experience was the dress was beautiful, good quality, fitted perfectly & I only paid $350!!

Horrible Customer service!
We purchased few bridesmaids dresses from this store, when received the dresses one of them was defected the zipper did not want to close all the way up and also under the lining of the dress was backwards. I immediately called to see if they can exchange it for a new dress, and the lady was extremely rude and said it was not her fault and they cannot do anything about it. This is very upsetting and it is not the way to handle customer service specially when something is wrong. I do not recommend this place.

This store has the best dresses which I always visit this store every time Im in LA. I bought 2 dresses from this store and I already got my 3rd dress. Im their biggest fan from Oregon!
