worst owner ever, the employees are super rude for no reason as well. I went in giving them the benefit of the doubt based on the reviews but they just proved that all the reviews really are warning signs.

I've been here a few times with my daughter's sweet 16 and hoco in the last year. Mayra is a sweetheart and very patient.

They don't honor their prices. I was given a price for a dress if I bought it on that day, and a higher price if I bought at a later day. I came back a month later and they didn't honor the 2nd price. They wanted an even higher amount for a dress you can buy online for half of the price. They seemed very dishonest and they didn't care. Obviously, it's their business and they can do whatever they want with their prices, but it's not a good business practice. No wonder so many stores in DTLA are going out of business.
