image Incredible poor customer service. I made an order online on December 4 for my son. 4 pair of jeans to be exact. Only one pair was shipped and the other 3 canceled because, according to them, they were out of stock. Nobody notified me of this and at the end I only received one item. After calling me to inquire about the issue, I was denied the opportunity to speak to a supervisor and I was told someone would get in touch with me, today is December 12 and nobody has contacted me. After calling them again there is no record of my previous call to them and they simply say, “Make the order again”. I told I will, but with another company since apparently they don’t want my business.

image I ordered a pair of barough boots are asking twice if they were leather not suede and had a rubber sole. I was told they were leather and had a rubber sole. When I recieved my boots they were not leather and did not have a rubberr sole. The boots were suede and dirty. I returned the boots. I paid Maine state sales tax. Lucky Brand has yet to credit me the sales tax I paid. 6 calls later I am still fighting with them. The law is clear, if you return an item you are to be credited the sales tax you paid. I have notified the Maine Revenue Services.

image I am very displeased by the lack of customer service and experience received today by Lucky Brand I originally placed my order over three days ago and was charged for my order and something told me to reach out mostly do to the status of the order “being processed”, as everyone knows I am moving and need my items prior to my move. When I reached out I received excuses. LuckyBrand chat representative was full of excuses and no support or solutions. The representative stated due to system error your order is not being processed and it never went to processing, therefore you will have to resubmit and pay for your order again. I advised him that this is unacceptable and causing time, more money and delivery time delays. Furthermore, I purchased items do to cyber Monday deals and discounts presented to me and it is not right that I will have to pay more for the same items. He said sorry but you have to resubmit, therefore, asked to speak with a member of corporate management and yet to hear from them. I guess our business does not mean anything to Lucky Brand. I should also had a clue of how bad their service was when there pages don’t have a rating/review section where customer can rate and input a review of there experience with them, just be warned. I also called the service line and the supervisor or rep listened to the complaint or found any resolution to the issue just stay away from this brand and please other reviews they are stating the truth about the brand.
