    Awful company, they make it almost impossible to cancel your subscription. You can only cancel by phone, and there is no option when you call to cancel. You have to choose "upgrade your service" to cancel. Will not offer a refund for the month even if the current month just started. You are billed for the month in advance. 0 stars if possible.

    Customer service was confused, slow, uninformed and untruthful. A simple request for 2 months of invoices took over 1/2 hour on phone and live chat. Both were less than helpful. It was terrible, incompetant and a nightmare. Other than that it was great. DUH!

    This company is very ad. I was consultant there many yrs back , management are dumb and inexperienced . They had all these auditors coming but a little guy like me who found mistakes and saved them money. .management didn't like (?) Worst is I thought this company should not exist because the services they provide has no value. I agreed there are scams and harrassments . People complained. Team of people but nothing done right. I wonder pple still pay for their fax or related services. Waste money. Fax should be phone app for while. This company is outdated. Period. U saw some new Indian management now. Before it was a Russian guy or something like that. But who cares

    Scam. They will not stop harassing me! and now they’re threatening to take me to collections for money I don’t owe them! Leave me alone! It’s been months of them trying to hit my account. Don’t believe me, I’ve been posting reviews from all my google accounts to make sure people know. I had closed my card get a new one due directly to them never stopping despite numerous times saying they would and lying saying they no longer have card information. I cancelled within 30 days which is now months ago and they’re still trying to hit the same card i cancelled months ago they claimed they didn’t have anymore. I still get notifications for that card. Now you’re threatening to go to collections well good luck! I’m about to change my number to stop the calls. I’m reporting you to every consumer and business review site I can.
